After reading this blog for a couple of months, the urge to say "thank you" has become too strong to resist. This post and the previous one about the dead smoker show just how much you guys deal with the fallout around an incident as much as the incident itself. No doubt, some middle manager is wondering if there is a tick box on the paperwork for this? If not, how come you "waste" our tax-pounds on this stuff? The rest of us just feel immensely grateful.
