Hi Tom. Interesting hypothetical scenario, or is it a real one? I think you would have to accept that an individual has to be allowed his own opinions or beliefs regardless of how different from yours they may be. But if this person was to bring these views into a work scenario, be it to a patient, NHS employee or other agency person then the full weight of the LAS disciplinary procedure must be brought to bear. Sadly, these people would then go running to Union reps and demand that they get them legal representation to get them off any charges.
