Depends what you mean by 'fully paid up member'. As you can tell by looking at the HPC website, out of uniform actions can result in being struck off the register...which would presumably include if anyone had reported him for (e.g.) racist verbal abuse (doesn't fit with the code of conduct - and I've seen people struck off for street brawling...although with paramedics it seems to be entonox mostly ;) ).
