Those "life status questionable" things come up if the call taker inputs "yes" to "is the caller with the patient?" and then "unknown" or "no" to "is he conscious?" or "is he alert?". Yes, I think that's stupid too. Looks like someone made a mistake on that second one, it should have been an amber.
