Ever mindful of the pressure on the emergency services at this time of year (and you'd be amazed how many sirens we heard last night) we carved the leg of lamb carefully, handled hot things with dry teatowels (oven gloves are an accident waiting to happen) and drank responsibly. So any callouts your Glasgow colleagues got weren't down to us.
