This is one type of job that I hate coming through on our screen in the cab. I too go through the 'Its just a sniff and cold' (I hope) Thankfully I have not had to do one yet, and don't look forward to the first one either. My wife has been through the same as you, and these jobs upset her greatly, as did reading your blog.
