I think this is a classic case in point of what happens when you read the Daily Express / Mail. Journalists producing total rubbish written from the point of view of the ungrateful, complaining section of society who feel the world owes them. Combined with a government who's only real policy appears to be "react to whats in the papers without thinking" or "Tax it!" It's a sad state of affairs. Rest assured that the decent hard working people of the country don't agree with this cr*p and are grateful for the job you guys do. Keep up the good work and don't let the bast*rds grind you down.
