Over-sensitive parents like that really do annoy me. OK, so the condition could potentially be serious, but in this case it sounds like it was just a trickle. I'm an HCA with a Hospice At Home team, and the other night we got called out to a lady's house because she'd had a more-or-less constant nosebleed all day. Due to her condition, we got her to hospital pretty quickly, but she and her family stayed really calm and were a pleasure to deal with. I'm not sure how I'd have coped with this kid's mum though!
