I'm grateful to encounter this less frequently - due to the rural nature of our area. That's not to say we don't get the offensive drunks, manic suidcidals and plain nasty individuals - just less often. God bless you for putting up with it everyday ! Then again, you always seem to get just enough GOOD calls to make you still want to come back and do it again....It's addictive stuff.
