There is a care home (more correctly DON'T care home) in West London where a local crew went about 18 months ago. The call they were attending was given as a 90 years old lady with severe difficulty breathing. The crew called up later to say that - on arrival - their professional estimate was that the lady had been dead for at least three hours.
