Now can we refuse to pay any price increase that are placed on us, such as council tax, water bill, fuel bills/tax etc etc above 1.9%?
"Dear Mr local councillor, I am not paying anything above a 1.9% increase in your council tax, as Mr Brown has said that is all we should be entitled to, to keep inflation down?"
