Loved the description of flappy arms! I always get my words wrong when I'm cross which really helps me keep the upper hand...!! I'm not entirely sure that us humans are worse now than before, or whether it's my perception... but the two incidents you describe are perfect examples of how many people nowadays feel that they take priority over everything and they should have instant access to whatever they want. And it always seems to be over such trivial things too.
