People just need to be educated, I recently went to my GP after falling down the stairs as I didn't want to waste peoples precious time in A and E. I ended up there anyway after an x-ray discovered I had a broken ankle! Whilst waiting a woman arrived with her young son, when asked the problem she stated "He has an ingrowing toenail!". These kind of people need to be educated!!
