I have seen the research that is being done by certain influential bodies about the introduction of extended licensing hours, and it entirely revolves around alcohol related crime and disorder. In terms of that, the change in licensing has been a very good policy, but no one influential seems to be looking into the impact it has had on healthcare services. Might be worth a bit of a campaign.
