Well, perhaps. I couldn't find an article about it in my quick search, I only found one that said heat stroke due to sodium depletion most often occurs in unacclimatised persons who didn't compensate for salt loss in their sweat. But it's four years old. What I've learnt before, is that you lose more salt the first few days when being exposed to heat. But I'm open for corrections.
