*coughs* And if you don't HAVE a car :o) have a taxi number or three to hand, maybe some taxi fare as well would be nice, in other words have A Plan.... seems a great minimal requirement for someone about to become a parent after all. I might have a baby in the next 10 years, better dial 999 now and get my Jaffa Cakes, because who knows, it could be an emergency. Great point about teaching this in ante-natal classes, but the sad thing is that the public hear what they want to hear 99% of the time.
