I haven't seen it, and it sounds like it's a good thing that I haven't.
About this 8 minute thing anyway - do they think that without a target to reach you wouldn't try to get to emergencies as quickly as you can? Sorry that may be slightly off topic but it's a thought that popped into my head while I was reading your post.
