IPST is a term that was used in a derogatory manner against people who give their work away (like those of us who use a Creative Commons license). Warren Ellis is another blogger whose blog post directed me to the site I link to. 'Crunchy' is a slang term for 'something with substance'. Que is something French - I think. So a translation would be, "Those of us who give our work away for free are celebrating this by putting links to our work on this Livejournal group.
