Ah yes. Hospital time. Hospital time seems to work slightly differently to normal, outside time. "The patient is ready now" means it'll take half an hour to get his drugs ready, "He'll be ready in ten minutes" means that the consultant hasn't seen him yet and then we need to get his drugs ready.
