Where does this right for you to forceably remove someone for medical treatemnt come from?? Amulance staff are not qualified to make the legal decision as to wether a person has the mental capacity to make the choice to refuse treatment?? Such a patient would need to be sectioned under mental health act and this is not an ambulance skil.
Seems a risky practise.....
