Tom Excellently put. I read your blog and Dr C's and enjoy both. I'm not part of the medical profession so have no axe to grind. Since I read his post I've been waiting to see your reply - it is as well thought out and dignified as I expected it to be - which is more than can be said for some of his recent ones. The "ambulance driver' comment was completely uncalled for. And Magwich - you're back!! is the blog going to reappear?
