He used to be good...it used to be a mixed bag...comments on recent patients, bits of politics, explanations on how the latter affected the former etc....then he started on nurses...then midwives...then everybody except sainted fucking Crippen...I have posted asking him to restore the previous balance but the dipshit's ego is obviously now too powerful...To think in the med blogs I voted for this fucker - I wish now I hadn't...a case of the monster being well out of control
