why do youthink it was inaproprate for him to speak to her like that? have you any idea how frustrating it its to do years of training just to end up with drunks giving you abuse.. what a waste of time and resourses!!!! Drunks are not physically ill.. they do not need hospitals to sleep it off!!! they may need mental health services, but they also need to seek this help themselves
