I think when you are trying to save someones life, although you have rules to stick to, guidelines etc, you still need to be able to think on the spot and do whatever it takes to make sure that patient is treated? This is the 1st time Ive commented on your posts, although Ive been following what you write daily, and just felt I needed to say that. Just finished your book man, it made me laugh and cry, a brilliant read, wish i hadnt got to the end! Good job!!
