Re: A Changed Role (The Secret Is Out)
by Anonymous
I'm a complete outsider as regards ambulance work and I don't even live in Britain any more. As a result, I'm actually quite shocked at the information you give in your posting. I'm amazed that people like yourself should be sent out on your own into what could be potentially violent situations (pub fights are the pits). And what happens if a dispute arises for any reason between you and the patient/family over the course of action you take? For safety's sake (and not just physical safety), I assumed that you would go about in pairs at the very least. You and others like you do very valuable work. We should all be doubly grateful that you put yourselves at such risk for our benefit.

Welcome to Random Acts Of Reality, a Blog based in London, England, written by an E.M.T working for the London Ambulance Service. Also, number one search result for "Womble porn". All names have be changed to protect the guilty. This Blog was previously known as "Why I Hate Humanity" but the antipsychotic medication seems to have kicked in.
