Tom, you are in the state that invented the frivilous lawsuit. As long as medicine continues to be big industry here in the US it will continue to be this way. It may sound like I've thrown my hands in the hair as if I have given up, but alot of the things we may want to do for our patients can't be done because of the threat of a lawsuit.
