Right on, Tom. Medical decisions should be made on medical grounds. It can't be said often enough or loud enough. The US system is so sick it should be on life support. I don't see an IV, though. Fear of a Really Big lawsuit? Fear of socialism? Fear of really big socialist lawsuits?
