I'm sorry to say this, but the public are whinging, moaning half-wits. I have lost count of the number of times I have rung callers back, who have then been extremely abusive and offensive to me, and have then accused ME of being rude to THEM. When I explain that all LAS telephone conversations are recorded, they suddenly become VERY VERY apologetic. Funny that.... All of a sudden its.... Errrmmm Well ....If you can please send an ambulance when you can, please, no hurry .like, errrmmm .... sorry. Twats.
