Thanks, both of you. I think it's important that you give thanks to anyone who you think is doing a good job. I volunteer at a hospital radio station and a couple of disabled people's charities and it's disheartening to think that your hard work and effort that you're giving for free isn't appreciated. It makes you think "what's the point" and makes you want to give up. The occasional thank you for all your hard work really does reinvigorate you and make you believe in what you're doing.
