Well Tom, you know the old saying: "If you put enough epi in, they'll get up and dance" It's a fact that a lot of cardiac arrests are continued in futility because of epinephrine and it's effect. Maybe we should ban epi? Just kidding! I'm sure you did your best under the circumstances. I know how difficult this situation can be. I once had a colleague tell a woman that her husband was already dead when suddenly the Lifepak 12 went....bleep, bleep,bleep. I'm sure you know the rest of the story.......... Oh, and I bought your book in a fit madness yesterday. Talk about a busman's holiday... Take care and keep up the good work, WM
