So would it be of value to have a card saying, along with emergency contacts, for example: "I am teetotal and don't have any diagnosed medical condition" or "I drink heavily but don't have...." or "I am diabetic and use cocaine, but I don't have..." Etc..... I know people who fit in all those categories and then some, just asking?
