When you see a report on the news it seems so bland and impersonal, it's not till someone describes it the way you have done here that you see it as real. Real people, real injuries and real families finding a policeman on the doorstep. I don't know how you and the other ambulance crews deal with it day after day but all credit to each and every one of you.
