i had an rru turn up at my house once...
call center monkey: "is the patient breathing?"
me: "yes"
call center monkey: "right then i'll just hit no instead"
rru was in the car park before i got off the phone (under 30 seconds)...he looked very disappointed when he realised his patient wasn't dead.
