Yep, agreed. I'd rather go to days full of crap, rather than not go to a little old lady who needs an ambulance, but is scared of the cost. It's bad enough when I turn up to a place, only to have a little old lady having a heart attack tell me that she 'didn't want to both me'. And this after spending all shift dealing with drunkards who expect a top-notch service for their cut fingers.
