Now I have calmed down at my fury at LOL being mugged; what I wanted to say Tom, was; I wonder if you get any less effected by your work, or do you just build up defences; the jobs that hit your own personal 'emotional hot spots' get protected by layers of experience, but every now and then something seeps,or floods (as in this job?) through.
