Here is the thing that gets me about it - it gives The Cloud an advantage by having all this content. What about BT Openzone, or T-Mobile or any of the other WiFi providers? Why not just put it on the internet as a whole rather than tying it to a specific provider? (I would suspect that it's an attempt to geo-lock it). It just doesn't seem right for this national provider to tie itself to one ISP.
