I hear you. I just think that describing a basic fact about the kid (or in my experience, granny, graddad, dog) would have helped the responding team. It's not about judging, it's about learning (for me, and maybe for other posters, I cannot guess) and your posts have brought your POV to the fore - for which, thanks. :o)
