Nah, if they turned up at all they'd get all arsey about how they ain't gonna clean up someone else's puke blah rights blah you can't make me blah and the paid co-ordinator would have to deal with a tank full of drunks AND a handful of arseholes, in a bad mood from alcohol withdrawal, making their job even more of a misery.
