7 random things about me: 1. I've never, ever smoked a cigarette. (My parents gave up smoking when I was about 7 and I vividly remember how hard they found it). 2. I type faster than I write - but with poor accuracy. 3. In our house we have over 3000 books at last count. 4. Sometimes I hurt myself to make myself feel better. 5. The most important people in my life are my two daughters. 6. I read Tess of the d'Urbevilles in 3 1/2 hours (it's a big book!) 7. Riding camels makes me feel sick.
