By the time I was 2 months old, my mum had left me outside Woolworths in Keswick. She didn't even have the excuse of being excited at bananas. The end of war had been nearly 30 years earlier. She also says she didn't realise until she had unpacked her shopping & thought there was something missing. Needless to say I bring this up at every oppurtunity & use it as an explanation for any mental scars I may have.
