Dear sweet holy mother of God, I don't know how you managed it, I'm going mental and I'm only READING it! I hope this gets sorted out, and that nothing like it ever happens again! I'm assuming it's not like they get patients like this every day! It would have cost the nurse a bit of paperwork I'm sure (I haven't a BREEZE what goes on with these things), and time, but that's the whole point! I'm sure you don't want to go to some of the calls that you go to, but you have to do it! Bloody hell!!!!
