It is so hard not to dwell on all the painful, sad things when it's so bloody grim outside. I sympathise. I think I may have SAD but have mistaken it for thinking I was going MAD! I have never had it before - it is quite tormenting at times. Yes - don't forget about all the good things too even though they don't seem to matter - they really do. Take care.
