It's the old problem though and that is, how do control know if it's the minor headache ,no painkillers taken, headache or the meningitis headache? It is extremely difficult to triage patients over the 'phone because they either exaggerate +++ or they underplay their symptoms. When you can see them face to face you can see if they look ill. Maybe in the not too distant future there will be a tele-consultation of some sort. Hope foot improving
