Three tick boxes on the patient report form, one from the crew to say whether they think it is deserving of an ambo, one from the triage nurse and one from the doc. All boxes ticked, no probs, no boxes ticked, bills in the post...... Would it work though? Or would it just frighten the already petrified "older generation" who don't want to bother us into leaving it until possibly too late?
