I would probably say, "Oh, dear. Shall I just get rid of this for you?". I'd expect the ambulance service to be regarded as part of "the authorities" to the extent that they'd let you take it rather than risk you calling the police if they said no. Then dispose of as quickly as possible, preferably in front of a crewmate if one available.
