Tom, I agree with you to a certain extent, but any crew who ignores a history of a patient being unconscious for 10 mins is a fool, esp if the patient is then aggressive. It stinks of a combative head injury. You might not believe it, but you have to take it seriously. An abusive drunk if a drunk person with neurological deficit, until they've been scanned and proven to been a drunk pillock. I feel sorry for the crew, and I also take any media reporting with a pinch of salt, but I think they are about to learn a very valuable, al beit unfortunate lesson.
