Why, oh why, are you willingly installing Vista? At Christmas I bought a new laptop, because my old one was 4 years old and needing retirement, and it came with Vista. It crashed on the 3rd day. It is so much worse than XP! Three months on I'm still complaining and grumbling, that although I got a brand, new spanking, fast laptop, Vista makes the performance almost as bad as my previous laptop.
