Could be worse - They've just replaced ORCON in N Yorks with a 6 minute target, with a big article in the paper about how its going to help patient care. Personally, I just think its going to increase the rate of heart attacks amongst ambulance staff - especially as N Yorks is a big county with a lot of sparesly populated areas. Oh, and I guess the 6 minute target'll move to being from the moment the caller dials 999 when that change comes in too! Anyone work up there?
