Once had a patient who coughed on me, when asked to cover mouth stated he was unable to do this, I pointed out that 5 year old children could do this so why couldn't he? He got a bit angry and started shouting at me and stormed out of the department shouting and swearing at everybody - upshot was he was lifted and spent the weekend in the jail charged with breach of the peace.
