Many years ago I was visiting my grandmother and woke up to the sound of her passing out. I called an ambulance for her over her objections that she didn't need to bother anyone. Turns out she had a bleeding ulcer (which she knew about) and needed a transfusion and many days in the hospital to recover. I hope I'm as tough at her age as she was.
